  I have been with T-Mobile for over 7 years. However, I had one of the best experiences with T-Mobile about two weeks ago. Usually acquiring a new phone just released takes lots of scavenging around about 10 nearby locations of me. Which I had done until I was about to give up and wait a few weeks for the iPhone 8+. This was the first location to ever mention that I could receive a phone by mail within two days. I was a bit skeptical at first since none of the other 9 locations didn’t mention it. I took a plunge and trusted the two workers. Sure enough, it arrived unharmed and ready to go. Small info like this can go along way for some us customers due to convenience. Not only did they help me out, but they did it so well with exceptional customer service. Usually you get some exhausted or annoyed employees at any company or business when people ask for that out of stock new item. T-Mobile is good about not being like that but you can tell with some employees that are exhausted trying to stay happy. Oh, but not this location. The female employee that assisted me was way more than eager to help anyone who came in. Double checking online and with the other employee (maybe manager?) any information she wanted to make sure of, to make sure it was the truth. Lastly, they contacted me two weeks after this experience to make sure everything turned out great. I have never had any location or business do a follow up and it was another pleasant surprise. Thank you very much! You deserve more than 5 stars for going above and beyond.
